In other news, I'm still working on my business project. I'm really enjoying myself with it, I'm learning a lot about how to run a business. I need to find a real location thats available so I get an idea on how much everything will really cost, it makes me a little nervous!! But maybe someday I'll actually be able to use this plan to open a shop. ( Grand Avenue, here I come!!) ;)

Happy Thanksgiving! & Get FREE Cupcakes!!!
Hello Cupcake lovers!!
How are you all? I just wanted to get on here and wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving now, since its going to be busy next week! I was thinking about making some Fall/winter themed cupcakes and selling them at SPCPA next week. Got any flavors you would like to try? I thought maybe pumpkin or gingerbread would be yummy!
Also, I had an idea and a nice opportunity for someone to get free cupcakes!!
I've been trying to think of ways to get business running a little bit more, and since my fundraising goal for the Linn County Heart Walk next year is somewhere between $500-600, I want people to start ordering more cupcakes. This is where I need your help!

How everything went.. and Yummy NEW Flavor!
Hello Everyone!
So last weekend I was selling cupcakes at the farmers market in Guttenberg... and it went great! I sold all of my cupcakes and raised around $200 for the American Heart Association!! woo-hoo!!
Also, I was super excited to try out a new flavor. I made strawberry cupcakes! I wanted to try something summer-y and fun, so why not go fruity?
I'll have pics up as soon as I finish writing this post!
ok... Now it's story time!
So I was up late the night before the farmers market putting the finishing touches on these fabulous cupcakes, and I find out we were expecting early morning storms... uh-oh.
A good tip for if your selling something outside: Always have some sort of tent thingy covering your stand!
Luckily, some nice women next to me let me come under their little roof so I could keep selling my cupcakes!
So that is all I have for now... Keep coming back for more updates!

Sabrina's Cupcakes will be at the Farmer's Market in Guttenberg, IA!!
Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven't been updating this blog like I should, but there will be many more posts coming soon!
Anyway, I will be selling cupcakes at the Farmers Market this coming Saturday (July 14th) in Guttenberg, Iowa!
All proceeds are going to The American Heart Association. I'll have a poster on why I raise money for them. My cousin was born with a Congenital Heart Defect and I've been supporting the AHA ever since. If you want to learn more about Ellie, come check us out!
The cupcakes will be sold either by container or individually. The containers can have anywhere from 2 to about 7 cupcakes. The pricing is listed below.
1 cupcake: $1
2 cupcakes: $1.75
3 cupcakes: $2
4 cupcakes: $3
5 cupcakes: $4
6 cupcakes: $5
... and so on.
*I am also selling rubber bracelets that say "Thanks from Ellie and the AHA" for $2. They come in red and pink. Super cute! :)
I'm not sure what flavors I want to do yet. Do you have a favorite? Leave a comment below!
